Solid Energy's New Energy division leads the development and commercialisation of new forms of coal-based energy for New Zealand.  This is a dynamic, fast growing area of our business, which operates in a truly global energy and technology environment.

 

Our Lignite Conversion team are responsible for the delivery of a range of projects which upgrade and add value to our South Island lignite resources, and need an experienced Project Administrator to support them in the delivery of these projects.

 

You will have responsibility in a number of key areas including:

  • Set-up and closing of projects, schedules and budgets using Oracle Project Accounting software)
  • Monthly review of project tasks (cost review, invoicing, re-forecasting, schedules, project reports)
  • Establishment of a technical library
  • Prepare documentation for project team meetings
  • Collate, document and maintain information relating to projects
  • Research on international projects
  • Manage stakeholder database
  • Provide PA support to Lignite team

You will have significant experience in a similar project administration role, have strong computer skills and ideally have exposure to document management systems and software.  

 

You will be highly independent, self confident and have first class organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
